Screen Printing
A big advantage of screen printing is that it is a very inexpensive process per item when large quantities are involved, e.g. 50 cups or more. Decorating products with screen printing is fast. It is also possible to print multiple colors on the same item with impressive detail. On the flip side, screen printing is expensive when the quantities are low and is only cost effective when the image is the same on each cup. For full color imprints, look to dye-sublimation.
Laser Engraving/Etching
Let’s face it, you either have a custom engraved YETI tumbler or know someone who does. Laser engraving or laser etching is the perfect print method for a sophisticated finish that is truly permanent. Dye Sublimation
Drinkware personalized through the dye-sublimation print process is both durable and limitless in design possibilities. Unlike screen printing and engraving limiting you to one or two imprint locations, your artwork can cover the entire cup in full color or image! As for durability, most dye-sublimated drinkware is BOTH microwave and dishwasher safe - making it as durable as it is colorful.
